Who this program is for

What you MAY do

• Share your personal experience with STR8UPDRIVEN truthfully.

• Refer people to official STR8UPDRIVEN pages using your approved referral links or codes.

• Answer general questions by directing prospects to official STR8UPDRIVEN content.

What you MAY NOT do

• You may not guarantee income, profits, deal approval, or results.

• You may not claim that funding is automatic or risk-free.

• You may not represent yourself as having authority to approve deals, funding, or membership acceptance.

• You may not make earnings claims, projections, or timelines.

• You may not use misleading language such as “guaranteed,” “easy money,” or “passive income.”

Advertising restrictions

• No paid ads using STR8UPDRIVEN or Tony Nino’s name without written approval.

• No spam, cold DMs, or misleading outreach.

• No impersonation of STR8UPDRIVEN staff or ownership.

Deal funding disclaimer

• All vehicle deals are subject to internal review and approval.

• Funding decisions are made solely by STR8UPDRIVEN management.

• Commission splits on deals are separate from affiliate referral commissions.

Compliance and termination

• STR8UPDRIVEN reserves the right to revoke affiliate access at any time.

• Violations may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

• These guidelines may be updated at any time.
