STR8UPDRIVEN Affiliate Guidelines

Who this program is for

• This referral program is invite-only.

• Affiliates are independent referrers, not employees, partners, or decision-makers of STR8UPDRIVEN.

• Your referral links, your instructions and the three partner documents are in the Media tab of your partner portal at portal.str8updriven.com.

What you MAY do

• Share your personal experience with STR8UPDRIVEN truthfully.

• Refer people to official STR8UPDRIVEN pages using your approved referral links or codes.

• Answer general questions by directing prospects to official STR8UPDRIVEN content.

What you MAY NOT do

• You may not guarantee income, profits, deal approval, or results.

• You may not claim that funding is automatic or risk-free.

• You may not represent yourself as having authority to approve deals, funding, or membership acceptance.

• You may not make earnings claims, projections, or timelines.

• You may not use misleading language such as “guaranteed,” “easy money,” or “passive income.”

Advertising and outreach

• Paid ads are allowed. Using Tony Nino’s name or likeness in an ad requires written approval.

• Direct outreach is allowed. No spam, no texting people who have not opted in, no misleading claims.

• No impersonation of STR8UPDRIVEN staff or ownership.

Deal funding disclaimer

• All vehicle deals are subject to internal review and approval.

• Funding decisions are made solely by STR8UPDRIVEN management.

• Commission splits on deals are separate from affiliate referral commissions.

Compliance and termination

• STR8UPDRIVEN reserves the right to revoke affiliate access at any time.

• Violations may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

• These guidelines may be updated at any time.

Questions partners ask

Where is my link? Sign in at portal.str8updriven.com. Campaigns shows one link per membership. Copy the one for the membership you are selling.

How do I know a sale counted? It appears under Commissions in your portal the moment the buyer pays. If it is not there, the buyer did not use your link.

How long does my link last? Thirty days from the click. The first partner whose link a buyer clicks keeps the credit.

When am I paid? Commissions are paid on Net-30 terms, once the refund window has closed, to the bank or PayPal details in your portal. A W-9 must be on file first.

What if the buyer refunds? A refund within 30 days cancels the commission on that sale.

Can I run ads or reach out to people directly? Yes. Run ads and message people on your own accounts, in your own words. Two rules: no income or approval claims, and ask us before using Tony’s name or face in an ad. Do not text people who have not opted in.

Someone paid without my link. Can it be credited? No. Credit comes from the link and cannot be added afterwards.
